Medicine practitioners, believe that the area on the face that acne appears reflects the organs that it is associated with. Therefore when you get a breakout in one part of your face or jaw, it is likely that it is due to the disorder or malfunctioning of that organ.
Here’s what the location of acne has to say about your health.

1. Forehead Your entire forehead corresponds to the various organs that make up your digestive tract such as your large intestine, small intestine, liver and gall bladder. Apart from that, a dirty or oily scalp could also be the cause for this kind of acne.

What you can do:

If you notice that you are suffering from pimples in this area then its probably time to stop eating junk food and switch to healthier options. Apart from that doing an intestinal cleanse can also help.

2. Area between your eyebrows: This region relates to your liver.

What you can do:

If you drink, its time you gave it a break. You could also change your diet to eliminate greasy foods from the menu. Exercising regularly and drinking lots of water also helps cleanse out the toxins in your body.

3. Nose The area of your nose is related largely to your heart and stomach. Apart from that certain cosmetics, plucking or threading your eyebrows and even an allergy to bindi glue could cause acne to show up in this region.

What you can do:

It is best to get your blood pressure checked and to stock up on vitamin B12 (as it helps with the proper functioning of your heart). Apart from that eating right, adding more Omega-3 fatty acids to your diet and exercising regularly can help too. Also, giving up foods that are processed, contain trans-fats is also a good idea. If you are overweight or obese, it’s probably time you decided to lose some weight as it could also be a factor in the appearance of pimples. As for the other reasons for this infection, using a toner after waxing or threading and picking cosmetics that suit your skin can help resolve the problem.

4. Around your eyes or temples This zone is exactly where the points for your kidneys lie. If you have acne in this area or even dark circles it’s time to hydrate yourself and show your kidneys some love.

What you can do:

Drink lots of water throughout the day. A good way to re-hydrate yourself is to drink barley water with lemon and honey. This is a great mixture to help them function better. Apart from that avoid drinking and smoking as they can impact your kidneys too.

5. Cheeks. While things like dirty make-up brushes, dirty cell phones etc. can also cause acne in this area, it could also mean trouble with your lungs. Time to take a deep breath.

What you can do:

If you smoke, have sinusitis, constant allergies or other breathing difficulties it is probably why you are seeing acne on your cheeks. In order to remedy the problem from the roots, giving up smoking and practicing deep breathing techniques can help.

6. Chin or jaw Having pimples on your chin or jaw could indicate an imbalance with your hormones and digestive tract.

What you can do:

Eating healthy foods with low fat content is the best way to counter this problem. Apart from that you should also keep an eye out for any other symptoms of hormonal imbalance like irregular

7. Ears: This area again relates to the kidneys and could indicate dehydration.

What you can do:
